Dr. JoAnn Flett is the Executive Director of the Center for Faithful Business at Seattle Pacific University. JoAnn was a 2020 Fulbright Teaching Scholar and a 2024 Fulbright Specialist to Trinidad and Tobago. JoAnn currently serves on World Relief’s Board and co-founded the Entrepreneurship Hub (E-Hub) in Trinidad and Tobago. The E-Hub has served over 2,000 entrepreneurs with capacity building services. She is also a faculty advisor on Leading with Character course at the Oxford Character Project in Oxford, England. Her latest consulting project for the Murdock Trust develops leadership capacity for non-profit leaders.

Denise Daniels is Hudson T. Harrison Professor of Entrepreneurship at Wheaton College. Her scholarly interests include meaningful work, Sabbath, leadership, gender, and motivation. She has written over 50 academic articles and book chapters, and co-authored several books including, Working in the Presence of God (Hendrickson); Religion in a Changing Workplace (Oxford University Press); and Working for Better: A New Approach to Faith at Work (InterVarsity Press). She is on the board of a fintech company and also serves on the board of the Theology of Work Project (theologyofwork.org).

Founder and Director, Centre for Redemptive Entrepreneurship, Tyndale University
In 2021, Philip launched the Centre for Redemptive Entrepreneurship at Tyndale University to equip and support entrepreneurs in renewing culture through redemptive innovation. He had previously co-founded two social enterprises, KLINK Coffee and Red Propeller, while also operating his branding and communications design consultancy, GenesisXD. He views the marketplace as a mission field, championing entrepreneurship as a pathway for gospel witness and societal transformation.

Hannah is a Redemptive Business Coach at the Centre for Redemptive Business at Tyndale University. She is passionate about living out her faith through entrepreneurship and has been running her own redemptive consulting business, Astera Asia, since 2015. She specializes in guiding small-medium-sized firms from startup to scale-up, applying a redemptive lens to every aspect. Hannah works collaboratively with founders to ensure their ventures have a strong foundation. She has worked with 170+ businesses and is a lecturer at the University of Waterloo for entrepreneurial marketing. Hannah is a perennial pioneer and is always ready to help build, fix, and change.

Dr. Michaela O’Donnell is the Mary and Dale Andringa Executive Director Chair at the Max De Pree Center for Leadership at Fuller Seminary and an assistant professor of marketplace leadership. She leads Fuller’s Doctor of Global Leadership, Redemptive Imagination in the Marketplace program and is the author of Make Work Matter (2021) and co-author of Life in Flux (2024). Michaela is also the visionary behind the De Pree Center’s Road Ahead program, which has guided over 300 professionals through seasons of transition. In addition to her academic leadership, she has more than 15 years of marketplace experience as Owner and Managing Director of Long Winter Media, a creative agency whose clients include Google, YouTube, NBC Universal, USC, and the Oprah Winfrey Network. She regularly writes and speaks on vocation, innovation, creativity, faith and work, and gender dynamics in leadership.

Sean Dwyer is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business. He is passionate about exploring how business can be used to make a difference and about raising up the next generation of purpose-driven leaders. His research examines purpose, resilience, and fraud in entrepreneurship, with work published in leading journals including the Journal of Business Venturing and the Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal. Sean earned his PhD in Entrepreneurship from Baylor University and holds degrees in Accounting and Finance from Tulane University. Before academia, he worked as a CPA with Grant Thornton, co-founded a clothing line, and provided CFO consulting services to small businesses. He has also volunteered internationally in Southeast Asia, Southeast Europe, and Eastern Africa, coaching local entrepreneurs. At OU, he teaches New Venture Development II, guiding students in evaluating new venture ideas and building business models that are financially viable.

Rev. Dr. Matthew Croasmun is the author of five books including the New York Times bestseller, Life Worth Living: A Guide to What Matters Most (with Miroslav Volf and Ryan McAnnally-Linz). He serves as Senior Lecturer of Divinity and Humanities and director of the Life Worth Living program at the Yale Center for Faith & Culture at Yale Divinity School. He is an ordained Vineyard pastor, having served as the founding pastor of the Elm City Vineyard Church in New Haven, CT.

Patrick is the Director of Innovation at the 707HUB and the Instructor of Practice in Entrepreneurship in the College of Business at Marquette University. He created and teaches the course Methods in Ignatian Innovation that is part of Marquette's Core Curriculum. He has over a decade of experience in neuroscience research and has consulted for startups, researchers and educators in America, Ireland and Japan. Prior to coming back to Marquette he taught science in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.

Passion and inspiration have been at the heart of Susan’s work in professional writing, editing, teaching, ministry, and consulting. From writing for Rolling Stone magazine to being on the initial curatorial staff of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and; from being an editor at Bloomberg Personal magazine, to having a “human/workplace” blog for WHYY (NPR affiliate in Philly); from work as an ordained Episcopal priest at historic Christ Church Philadelphia, to consultancy work across multiple churches in transition and conflict; and from decades of work within the faith-and-workplace movement, to being part of the team at Princeton University Faith and Work Initiative, working with issues from AI to policy to education. At Princeton University, she co-teaches a popular course on workplace responsibility and applied ethics from which students take tools that they can internalize and translate into daily decisions going forward, including in entrepreneurship, finance, and tech. And as adjunct at the College of New Jersey, a nearby public state school, she’s piloting an adapted version of the Princeton course on handling difficult, impactful decisions in future workplaces. She is co-author with David Miller of a book based on the Princeton course and being piloted as a textbook at TCNJ, The 5 Questions for Ethical Decisions: How to Succeed without Selling Your Soul (in the “Skills for Scholars” series, Princeton University Press, available for pre-order March 2026).

Noah Toly is Provost of Calvin University, where he oversees the university’s academic and athletic programs, guiding policy, planning, and strategic oversight. Before arriving at Calvin in 2021, Toly served as Professor of Urban Studies and Politics & International Relations at Wheaton College, where he taught urban and environmental politics and founded and led the Center for Urban Engagement. He is the author or editor of several books, including The Gardeners’ Dirty Hands: Environmental Politics and Christian Ethics (Oxford University Press, 2019). His essays have appeared in Christian Scholar’s Review, The Hedgehog Review, Comment, and other interdisciplinary journals. Toly holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in Urban Affairs and Public Policy and an M.A. in Theology. His past appointments include Lecturer with the Freie Universität Berlin’s Center for Global Politics, Senior Fellow for Global Cities at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, Senior Fellow at the University of Chicago’s Martin Marty Center for the Public Understanding of Religion, and Visiting Scholar at Duke Divinity School.
